• Previous Leadership experience highly regarded
• leadership experience in Retail Industry or hands on Trade experience
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate workflow.
• Targets orientated individual with a passion for Fast Paced Sales
• Confidence learning new computer systems and continually striving to upskill across technology and ways to improve the sales experience
• Proven ability to generate impressive sales figures.

What your day will look like:

• Lead from the front, driving sales and building relationships with customers.
• Managing phone, counter and email sales generated through strong customer relationships
• Ensure all customers are provided an exceptional buying experience, every time.
• Inspiring a team to perform to high business standards.
• Educating customers on features and benefits of products in conjunction with our sales team.
• Participate in upholding meticulous merchandising standards as set out in company guidelines
