Services include Community Access, Supported Independent Living, Short Term Accommodation, and In-home Supports for NDIS participants with self-managed or plan-managed plans. Sanctuary Care Services prioritizes collaboration to deliver customized solutions for each client's unique needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Yarramundi, NSW. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks, including managing phone and email correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing general clerical support. The role involves supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations, with a focus on excellent communication and organization.9am-3pm Monday-Friday Based on the farm at Yarramundi SCHADS level 1/2 Qualifications Shiftcare & Xero experience Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to organize and manage tasks effectivelyProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including handling sensitive information and supporting senior staffExcellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholdersAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentExperience with scheduling and record management is a plusFamiliarity with NDIS services and operations is advantageous but not required
