The position:
Based in our South Windsor Office reporting directly to the General Manager, this position requires skills in Purchasing, procurement processes, customer service , scheduling and internal sales. Previous experience in the industry would be preferable, in glass and or aluminium . The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the capability to fulfil the following criteria but not limited to :
Support the Manufacturing and Sales department by processing purchase orders to suppliers and from customers.
Execution and monitoring of stock levels, participate in updating monthly stock takes.
Receipting and dispatching of completed works
Monitor and coordinate deliveries going to customers and coming from suppliers, ensuring all items are delivered.
General office duties.
must have an eye for detail
Outstanding customer service.
Team focused and strong communication skills.
Strong PC Skills with proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Is self-motivated and is excellent with time management.
Ability to learn new information quickly.
Positive attitude and willing to problem solve
