ADMcCallum and Son Pty Ltd is a well-established engineering and fabrication company seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our team.
This is a varied and rewarding role that offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our business. The successful applicant will be comfortable managing routine tasks while responding to ad hoc requests as they arise.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office administration and support business operations.
Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and management.
Manage correspondence, records, and documentation.
Prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Follow established procedures and contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
Provide administrative support across multiple areas of the business.
Assist with a variety of ad hoc tasks as required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Office Manager or similar administration role.
Excellent typing, written communication, and comprehension skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications.
Sound working knowledge of MYOB.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, management, and team members.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
