Our client is a reputable automotive workshop in the Hawkesbury region. We are looking for someone who wants to combine customer service excellence and sales support to help keep our community safe on the roads.
The phones don't stop ringing, and the customers are at the front counter waiting. The day flies by! We need you. Are you up for it?
The type of work includes
Sales and Service Coordination
Assist customers with tyre, maintenance, service and repair enquiries over the counter in person, and over the phone
Handle point-of-sale and general retail tasks.
Keep up to date with current products, services and promotions.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Promote current offers, discounts and store promotions where relevant.
Customer Experience
Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every interaction.
Explain technical information in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
Respond to questions, concerns and complaints professionally and respectfully.
Contribute to a team culture focused on service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Your experience looks something like this
You are technically minded with previous experience in automotive or a similar trade environment, where you have had to explain technical auto or mechanical concepts to customers confidently.
You know what good customer service looks like - in fact, you build great rapport with people and care about their experience
A proactive, customer-first approach - you know how to advise and recommend and upsell products so that customers can care for their cars.
You are confident using POS systems, handling stock and supporting general store administration in a very busy retail environment.

Other things you should know
Must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen at the time of application.
Need to have a valid, clean NSW driver's license,
Store hours 7.30 - 5.30 Monday - Friday,
Must be able to work Saturdays - 7.30 - 12.30
