We are seeking an experienced and reliable Support Worker to provide high‑quality assistance to a client. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work within a two‑staff support model at all times. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and committed to delivering person‑centred care in both home and community settings.

Required Skills & Attributes

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations.
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with clients with complex behavioural needs (highly regarded).
Physically capable of supporting a client with complex physical needs.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high‑quality care.
Must hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
Support the client with life skills development, daily routines, and engagement in meaningful activities.
Participate in play‑based engagement with children when required.
