Love being outdoors, fixing things, and seeing the results of your work every single day? Then step into the spotlight as our Glass / Maintenance Operative—the on-the-ground legend who keeps Sydney’s Suburbs bus shelters and advertising sites looking sharp.This role will be based from Marsden Park

What you will be doing:

  • Turning bus shelters into spotless, safe, and shiny spaces (think: glass clean-ups, changing, replacing glass panels and Ad panel doors, fixing seats, structure checks, weed spraying, and general glow-ups)
  • Repairing and replacing various types and sizes of precut glass across company assets
  • Zapping graffiti and tackling minor repairs like a pro
  • Posting fresh advertising campaigns when needed
  • Making hazardous sites safe and secure
  • Spotting, reporting, and staying ahead of faults and damage
  • Repping the brand by keeping your company vehicle clean and professional
  • 100% sticking to safety, WHS, and company standards

About You:

  • Ability to work autonomously and as well as in a team environment
  • Previous experience with basic hand and power tools
  • Asset maintenance experience preferred but not essential
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Full Drivers Licence is a must ( sorry NO P plate drivers)
  • Ability to also pass a pre-employment Drug & alcohol check, driving history/licence check and reference checks.

In return, you will be given two weeks fully paid training, a mobile phone, full set of uniforms including boots, as well as a realistic bonus scheme.
