Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Mountains, Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley is set across 8 hectares of beautifully landscaped gardens, offering guests a unique blend of relaxation, events and premium dining.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations across outlets, conferences and events. This is your opportunity to drive creativity, lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What you’ll be doing
<ul>
 <li>Oversee all kitchen operations including restaurant, banquets and stewarding </li>
 <li>Lead, mentor and develop a large culinary team </li>
 <li>Design and deliver innovative, high-quality menus across all outlets </li>
 <li>Manage food costs, budgets, stock control and supplier relationships </li>
 <li>Ensure all food safety, HACCP and WHS standards are met </li>
 <li>Partner with key departments to deliver seamless events and guest experiences </li>
 <li>Drive consistency, quality and presentation across all food offerings </li>
</ul>
What we’re looking for
<ul>
 <li>Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef</li>
 <li>Experience in a hotel environment would be highly advantegous</li>
 <li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams </li>
 <li>Solid financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost control </li>
 <li>Passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences </li>
 <li>Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations </li>
 <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment</li>
