We operate 15 contemporary medical centres in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast.  Our medical centres offer general practice, radiology, pharmacy, pathology, allied health and specialists – all under one roof. 
Open 365 days a year from 7 AM to 10PM, our team includes a diverse group of healthcare professionals and skilled administrative and nursing staff.
 The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to lead the team at Our Medical Marsden Park. 
Reporting directly to the NSW State Manager, you will:
<ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the medical centre and the delivery of an exceptional patient experience</li>
<li>Manage a team of administrative and nursing staff, including team management, development, performance and training</li>
<li>Build strong working relationships with healthcare providers to facilitate the delivery of exceptional healthcare services</li>
<li>Manage centre budgets and workforce planning </li>
<li>Be a clear communicator and natural problem solver </li>
<li>Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements </li>
</ul>
About You
<ul>
<li>Proven leadership and management experience, with preference given to those with experience in a healthcare setting</li>
<li>Strong organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse team of staff and healthcare professionals</li>
<li>Ability to manage a budget and identify key business levers </li>
<li>Commitment to exceptional customer service and patient care</li>
<li>Experienced in workforce recruitment, rostering, training &amp; development</li>
<li>Ability to be available to work ad hoc across medical centre operations</li>
</ul>
