The Role
This hands-on leadership role oversees the night-shift production staff to ensure output, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate production staff to meet nightly targets
Promote and ensure compliance with NSW WHS legislation
Monitor quality, productivity, and production performance
Conduct safety checks and manage incidents
Support ongoing training, coaching, and staff development

Skills & Experience

Must be based locally with full unrestricted working rights for Australia (required)
3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing or warehousing
1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong understanding of WHS obligations
Experience with production equipment and reporting requirements
Forklift Licence advantageous; relevant Cert III/IV preferred
