We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and motivated Full-Time Machine Operator to join the team at Rosier Excavation and Drainage PTY LTD. We specialize in the pool and landscaping industry, operating as tight-access and difficult-site experts. This role requires precision earthworks and high-quality detailed excavation to deliver exceptional finished products to our clients. [1]

• Licence: MR Truck Licence (minimum)

Remuneration & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $40-$45 per hour + superannuation (dependent on experience)

• Company Vehicle: Provided for work use and commuting to/from home

• Stability: Consistent full-time hours and weekly pay

• Extra Income: Weekend work available for those wanting overtime .

Main Responsibilities

• Execute precision earthworks for pool excavations and landscape profiling.

• Navigate and operate machinery safely on tight-access and difficult-geometry sites.

• Operate rock saws and specialized attachments efficiently.

• Perform detailed excavation and final trim work to exact project specifications.

• Drive and operate MR specification trucks for material transport and site moving.

• Maintain machinery daily through pre-start checks and basic maintenance.

• Collaborate smoothly with site supervisors, landscapers, and builders. [1]

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in detailed excavation.

• Essential: Proven experience with rock saws and precision earthworks.

• Proficient, confident operation of posi-tracks and excavators in tight spaces.

• Valid Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence or higher.

• Current relevant machinery tickets (LE/LL or equivalent).

• White Card (General Construction Induction).

• Valid, clean driver's licence (for the take-home vehicle).Driving record will be checked for insurance purposes.
