We are looking for a Facilities Assistant with a hands-on approach and attention to detail, who contributes to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the workplace.

About the Role:

The Facilities Assistant ensures that all areas are properly maintained, equipment is functioning, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld across the site.

What You'll Do:

Responsible for the general organization and maintenance of the yard.
Maintain knowledge of equipment, chemical handling, and waste processes.
Collaborate with the team to ensure effective waste management from inception to final disposal, including collection, transport, treatment, and disposal.
Perform routine and unplanned maintenance as required.
Ensure all work is scheduled, planned, and carried out in a manner that minimizes or eliminates disruption.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility.

What You Bring:

Demonstrated understanding of general building and facilities services and related trades.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Clear communication skills.
Reliability and punctuality.
